Greece might just suck more than Romania... but just barely
Well, I arrived back in Romania three days ago. It's been... unreal. Greece is unreal. Or maybe just people associated with tourism and everything revolving around this word. I have no idea, but, honestly, I'm just happy I got out of there alive.
I've been behind on LJ, behind on replying to e-mails and messages, and basically just behind on what constitutes my regular life. To put it simply: I haven't been online in a while. I've often been on the brink of logging in and reconsidered at the last possible moment because I simply didn't have the time or the energy to think about what I was going to say. I'm still experiencing this... a little. Meh.
My life right now? I'm twenty; job-less; a college student in Bucharest, but not for long; and living in the spare room of one crazy landlady. I want to go home every other minute, but I don't want to leave the biggest city in my country for a house in the province (or whatever you call it). My best friend isn't speaking to me, my boyfriend isn't speaking to me, and I'm not speaking to me. My landlady, sadly, speaks way too much to me. I have no idea whatsoever of what has been going on in the music, movie and any other industry for the last four-plus months. And everybody has a life, except me, it seems.
After I finish posting this? I'm going to use the local lavatories, then proceed to the streets for a relaxing walk. Hopefully, it isn't too damn cold outside.
By the way, it's my birthday, so I can say whatever I want and people will just go, "Aww, honey..." in reply. It's the natural order of things, don't you know.
So. Who's up for NaNoWriMo next month? I am a very bored individual.
