"Dear?"

It's not like Molly doesn't hear Arthur's pleas. She does, she really does, but this is important.

"Dear, please..." he trails off. Molly hears him. Molly always hears him.

Sparks fly from Molly's wand and they shower down over the carpeting.

Arthur is still standing in the doorway and Molly wants to tell him to leave. This isn't about him. This is just her cleaning her son's room. Wouldn't want him to come home to a dirty room, now would she?

"He's been dead for--" he says, but Molly blocks out the rest of the sentence. No use.
